Phone Policy

You do not always have to see your doctor to get a repeat of your usual medication. Ordering your repeat prescriptions could not easier ! 

Why not request them from your home “on-line” via our website -  www.thepinn.co.uk . You will need to register for this service at the reception desk. We can accept repeat requests in person at the reception, through the post, or via your chosen pharmacist.  We require the “request slip” (right-hand page of your normal prescription). Please tick only the medication you require.

If you do not have the original prescription, or a request note, please write clearly and legibly. Please include your full name, date of birth, usual doctor, and if relevant the pharmacy that you would like the prescription to go to.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the processing of a repeat prescription request. To ensure your medical condition is regularly reviewed, your next review date to see a doctor is printed on the lower-right side of your prescription slip. It is unsafe to repeat your prescription request, without these regular check-up’s. Take unwanted or out of date medicines back to the pharmacy for safe disposal.
