Out of Hours
When the surgery is closed we use an Out-of-Hours (OOH) service provider called Harmoni, to provide medical care to all of our patients.
If you phone the surgery outside of our normal working hours then your call may be diverted to the OOH provider.
If you are unwell, or need advice, they will be able to discuss your situation, and can also visit you at home as needed.
However, they will be unable to deal with routine requests, such as prescriptions or booking surgery appointments
