Dr Amol Kelshiker (M)  MBChB (Sheffield 1986) BSc (Special Hons) PG Dip(Cardiology) FRCGP (Senior Partner)

A partner at the Pinn since 1990 having completed GP training at Northwick Park Hospital , I am married with two sons and  have lived in Harrow for forty years.

Although a “generalist” at heart, I have a keen interest in diabetes and cardiology. I run the diabetes clinic at the centre and work alongside consultant cardiologists at the Pinn. I am privileged to be the senior partner.


Dr Isobel Bleehen (F) MB BS (London 1988) (Partner)

I have been a partner at the Pinn since 1993. I am married to a GP and have 3 sons.

I am interested in all areas of general practice but have a special interest in skin conditions, women's health and contraception, including coil fittings.


Dr Jonathan Rudolph (M) MB BCh (Johannesburg 1988) MRCGP DRCOG. (Partner)

Despite the still very strong South African accent, I have lived in London for the past nineteen years, and joined the Pinn as a partner in January 1996. I have the privilege of training future GP’s in the practice during their training year.

I also have a clinical interest in children’s health and will be doing special paediatric clinics in the practice alongside hospital paediatricians. Away from work my time is consumed by my family and I love nothing better than holidays with my wife and 3 sons, aged 8- 13.


Dr Mehul Lakhani (M) MBBS (London 2004) BSc (Hons) MRCGP DRCOG DFRSH DPDerm (Distinction) (Partner)

I qualified from Guy’s, Kings & St.Thomas’ in 2004, and completed the Northwick Park VTS in 2008. I joined the Pinn Medical Centre as a salaried GP in october 2008, and became a partner in May 2010 .

My special interests include dermatology & minor surgery. Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym and spending time with my family. My hobbies including anything to do with computers, the internet, and gadgets !


Dr Shashikant Shah (M) MBChB (Sheffield 1968) MRCGP (Emeritus Partner)

I have been with The Pinn since 1973 and have had the privilege of training many of our local GP’s .

My special interests include dermatology, musculo-skeletal medicine, mental health, cardiovascular disease prevention, and teaching.


Dr Priyalinie Thedchanamoorthy MBBS MRCGP DFFP

I grew up locally in Pinner and attended Watford Grammar School. I went on to study medicine at Barts and The Royal London and graduated in 2003.I am delighted now at the end of my long journey to start practising as a GP in Pinner.


I enjoy all aspects of general practice but have a keen interest in women's health and child health. I am married and have 2 children. In my free time I enjoy cake decorating and flower arranging.

Dr Varun Goel MBBS (London), MRCP, MRCGP

I grew up in Kingsbury and moved to Stanmore just over 10 years ago. I qualified from Barts and the Royal London in 2001 and did my post graduate training in medicine before training as a GP in Harrow.
I joined the Pinn last year as an associate GP. I enjoy many aspects of general practice, in particular paediatrics and general medicine.
I'm married and have a three year old boy. I'm an avid sports fan and in my spare time I enjoy trying to playing golf.
 

Dr Naheed Sarwar

I have worked at the Pinn since 2002 and have recently returned again after  a posting in Houston,Texas with my family.

I have lived in Pinner for the past 11 years and have 2 boys and a girl who all attend local schools.

In my spare time I enjoy badminton,pilates and going to the theatre.

My special interests include womens health,family planning and child health.

Dr Melissa Holz MBBCh ( Johannesburg 2000 ) MRCGP DFRSH

I qualified in South Africe in 2000. I came to London in 2003 and completed my training in West Sussex, and then Surrey . I started working at The Pinn in March 2011 .

I enjoy general practice and have special interests in womens health, family planning and sexual health.

I am married with two young children and when I am not at the practice, I enjoy spending time with my family.

Dr Leah Keylock

I qualified from University College London Medical School in 2006. I carried out my GP training at Northwick Park Hospital, as well as GP practices in Harrow and Hertfordshire. I started at The Pinn Medical Centre in August 2011.

I have enjoyed joining a busy practice, and am particularly interested in women’s health and family planning.

I live locally in Harrow with my husband, and in my spare time I enjoy walking, running and travelling.

 

Dr Jamila Sherif

I grew up in North-West London and qualified from Guy’s, King’s and St.Thomas’ in 2003. I completed my GP training on the Central Middlesex Hospital VTS in 2008. I did my GP registrar year in Wembley and then continued to do sessions in the local area as well as at surgeries in Kingsbury, Bushey and Harrow.

I joined Pinn Medical Centre in February 2011 after having done several locum sessions here since last summer. I currently work part-time. I am interested in all aspects of general practice and my special interests include women’s health, family planning, child health and dermatology.

I live in Watford with my husband and 2 young daughters.  I enjoy walks in the park with my kids.

Dr Mathi Woodhouse (F) MBBS, BSc, MRCP, MRCGP

I qualified from St Barts & The Royal London Medical school 2003. I have been a GP since 2008 and started at the Pinn in Feb 2011.  I have a wide spread of experience however my main interest lies within respiratory medicine. It is a pleasure to be part of an innovative surgery such as the Pinn and its population.

My hobbies are mainly of the sporting nature. I play netball and enjoy water sports like wakeboarding and surfing (when my children allow it!)

Dr Subali Nallamalla

Having qualified at Guy's, Kings and St Thomas' in 2002 I trained in general medicine and worked in various central London teaching hospitals including a stint in Australia as a medical registrar.                                                                                                                                                       

I moved to Pinner over a year ago and enjoy spending time in the local parks with my 20 month old son and husband.  In my spare time I love tennis and have recently been trying to improve my cooking skills!

Dr Krishni Kumar

I qualified from St. Barts and the Royal London Medical School in 2006 and worked in London before completing my GP training in Surrey.  Having grown up locally, it was a pleasure to join the enthusiastic staff at the Pinn in September 2012.

I am currently completing further training to develop a special interest in women’s health and family planning.

When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends as well as travelling the world. I am currently learning Spanish to compliment this hobby.

I am a GP registrar, currently training under the guidance of Dr.Rudolph. I enjoy all aspects of general practice, and also partake weekly in the Northwick Park VTS training scheme, which all of the local trainees attend.

In my spare time, I enjoy shopping.

Dr Rashmi Singh (F) BSc (Hons) PhD MBBS (London 2011)

I am a FY2 trainee, currently on rotation at The Pinn and supervised by Dr Lakhani.  I am enjoying my time here immensely and learning a great deal.  I am interested in all aspects of General Practice and hope to develop more specialised interests in Women's Health and Dermatology during my GP training and beyond.

I have lived in London all of my life and have recently moved to Stanmore. Before studying medicine at Guys, Kings and St Thomas' I worked in the city as a scientific analyst for 10 years. I am married and have three daughters. In my spare time I enjoy reading, gardening and cooking.

Ms Ann Leonhardt RGN

I have been a nurse for 25 years and trained at Guy's Hospital to work on the General Surgical Unit.  I moved on to specialise in the care of the elderly and I managed 2 of the Abbeyfield Extra Care Homes in London. 

I worked as a Senior sister at Princess Alexandra Home for several years before I joined the team at the Pinn Medical centre.  I have now been with the Pinn for 7 years and run the anti-coagulation clinics at the surgery for patients taking Warfarin.


Ms Mubina Panju

Having joined the Pinn last year as a receptionist, I have just started working as a practice nurse at The Pinn.  In addition, I also carry out administrative tasks to support the nursing team. 

I came from Toronto, Canada where I lived for 15 years and qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2007.  After having worked as a district Nurse for 1 year, I moved to the UK to join my husband.

Ms Wendy Lynch

 

I qualified as a registered nurse from the Royal London Hospital and then attained general nursing experience and post registration qualification in obstetrics and psychiatry, before becoming a sister at the Centrel Middlesex Hospital.

 

After a career break to have a family, I have worked as a practice nurse in the harrow area and have obtained specific experience in the management of asthma, family planning, and cryotherapy. I have travelled widely but still feel that I have many more places to visit !

Ms Margaret McRae

I trained at St.Johns and St.Elizabeths hospital in London. I then went on to become a registered midwife where I spent nine years at Northwick Park Hospital maternity unit and five of those as a sister in charge of the research antenatal ward. After a career break, I returned as a community nurse working with children under the age of five.

 

I have worked in my present role as a practice nurse in Pinner for fourteen years, transferring to The Pinn Medical Centre in Apil 2010.In my spare time I enjoy travelling, cooking, gardening, and catching up with friends.



Ms Bhavna Visvadia

I was trained in kent and worked in london, having a wide spread of experience.

I started at the pinn medical centre after a career break, and joined the pinn in July 2011. My special interests are chronic diseases and family planning.

I am married with three children and live in Pinner. In my spare time I enjoy reading, and exercise. Travelling and skiing are my passions !

Ms Ann Gate BSc RN Nurse Practitioner Diploma
 
I have been a Nurse Practitioner since 1998 and a nurse prescriber
for 5 years having qualified as a nurse in 1977. I joined the Pinn in
Autumn 2011 but  have been working general practice within Harrow for almost 20 years.
My expertise is in minor illness and chronic disease management.
In my spare time I am one of the directors of a youth charity within Harrow that supports 13 to 18 year olds, and a member of my local church. I also knit and read detective novels too!

Ms Oddette Thomas

I qualified  at university College Hopsital, now UCL in 1986,  moving
into primary care in 1995, working as a practice nurse in Harrow.
I became an Independent Nurse Prescriber in 2004.
After qualifying as a  Nurse Practitioner in 2005,  I have worked
mainly in  Barnet. I joined The Pinn in December 2011.
My special interrests are  in minor illness and Chronic Disease
Management, especially  diabetes.
Out of work, most of my time is taken up  bee keeeping. I do also enjoy dog walking, rugby and skiing.

Dr Tricia Robertson


I have the role of practice pharmacist at the Pinn Medical Centre. I have a keen interest in respiratory medicine. I undertake medication reviews, and also deal with lots of prescription requests and queries.

Ms Latifa Shahed

I have been a member of the team for 3 years, and my role involves supporting the clinical staff by performing ECG's, blood pressure monitoring, phlebotomy as well as welcoming patients to the surgery by carrying out the “New Patient Checks”.  On thursday’s I assist Dr Kelshiker in the diabetic clinic.  In my spare time I enjoy travelling around the world and being with my family.

 

 

Ms Sara Ahmedi

I joined the Pinn Medical Centre in 2008 as a bank phlebotomist and became a permanent member of the team when we moved to the new building in Love Lane.  I currently work the mornings only and will be increasing my hours to train in other areas.  In my spare time I enjoy reading.

Hilary Scott DipMGP - Practice Manager

I joined the Pinn Medical Centre in 2000 as a receptionist and am now very proud to be the manager of this flagship NHS practice and to work amongst such a professional, dynamic and friendly team. I am passionate about delivering high quality health services closer to patients at the Pinn.

 


 

Kristina Mein - Assistant Manager (Currently on maternity leave)

I joined the Pinn in April 2009 and support the manager to ensure we continue to provide an excellent service to our patients along with support to our reception team. If you do encounter any  problem please do not hesitate to ask for me and I will be happy to help.

 


 

Natacha Khan - Senior Receptionist

I joined the Pinn Medical Centre in 2004 as the receptionist of a much smaller team.  In 2009 with the larger centre it became imperative that the reception team had extra leadership, training and support, and thus I was appointed senior receptionist.  My responsibilities vary from administration, training but more importantly helping to deal with the queries that any of our patients may have.
