Welcome to The Pinn Medical Centre

The Pinn Medical Centre serves a population of nearly 20000 patients with a team of four GP Partners , five Associate GPs, five Practice Nurses, the practice manager, and a full team of administrative and attached staff.

The practice was established by Dr Oliver Samuel and Dr Shashi Shah in the 1970's, who were soon joined by Dr Anthony Nicholls. Rapidly outgrowing its semi-detached dwelling in Northumberland road the partners moved into the Pinn Medical Centre at 8 Eastcote Road in Pinner, Harrow's first purpose built medical centre. Joined by Dr Amol Kelshiker in 1990 and Dr Bleehen in 1993, the centre continued to grow in popularity amongst patients leading to Dr Jonathan Rudolph joining in 1996 soon followed by Dr Andrea Edwards.

From May 2010  Dr Shah will has kindly agreed to stay on as our “Emeritus Partner” although sadly, Dr Edwards will be leaving after many years of dedicated hard work. She will be sorely missed by us all and we wish her much good luck for the future. We are very pleased to announce that Dr Mehul Lakhani will join the partnership in May 2010.

Since the 1970's the centre has been responsible for the training of many GP’s and practice nurses in Harrow.  It remains an accredited training practice for medical students and future GP’s, and Dr Rudolph is our current trainer.

With the increasing popularity of the practice with patients, the need for larger, more up to date accommodation became pressing and following strong support from our patients we were able to move into our present state of the art centre, at 37 Love Lane, in May 2009. The centre is Harrow's first GP-Led health centre. We are open from 8am to 8pm 365 days a year,  with an on-site pharmacy and a dental surgery also.

The centre also provides X-ray and ultrasound facilities, and a growing number of consultant led specialist clinics from local hospitals. Our vision is to provide patients with facilities capable of looking after their every health need but still retaining the values of traditional family practice.
